On our initial interaction we ask all our prospective clients to provide the general size of their home in square footage along with the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms that would need to be cleaned.
Our second interaction we ask to physically visit your home to provide a better estimate based on the actual conditions of the home. This provides us with a view of the amount of work that is necessary for a first-time cleaning and subsequent cleanings.
The initial cleaning of a home may cost more based on the initial conditions of the home. Our team is prepared to bring your home up to a specific clean and sanitized standard that removes mildew, soap scum, dirt, or dust and the initial cleaning may take extra time or effort to do that.
The first reason is we believe in the power of our cleaning to give a genuine 'clean' smell to your home. We believe that air fresheners are used to mask a smell and that is never our intention. The second reason is that some clients may be allergic and we will always put our clients health first when it comes to possible allergic reactions to products.
We use a team of 2 or 3 for all of our everyday cleaning services. However, we may also send a supervisor for quality inspections.
We love pets! However, we do ask our clients to please keep them in a safe, closed place in the home while the cleaning service is ongoing. We want to make sure we are not upsetting your pets and our team can work diligently on the cleaning service. Just let us know ahead of time if you have pets that we need to be made aware of during your estimate.
No. We want to make sure that you feel comfortable allowing our team access to your home. Olivia's insured team works during most client's office hours and so we can accept a spare key or garage code to enter your home safely. Please let us know during your estimate.
No, our team will not answer your door under any circumstance without express consent from our client and in specific circumstances. We will do our very best to respect your privacy and entry into your home.
We understand that life happens very quickly and that, at times, a service may have to be rescheduled or cancelled. Please try to contact us within 24 hours of a scheduled service. We will do our very best to reschedule the cleaning or we can simply wait until the next scheduled service. There are no costs or fees for reschedules or cancellations.
We make every attempt to provide you with a fair estimate based on the home's size and frequency of cleaning. This allows us to keep costs low and maintain your price for as long as you require our services.
We understand that accidents can occur during a cleaning service and we try our best to take care of your home during a cleaning service. Olivia's is a licensed and insured business and if there is ever a incident we will make sure to let you know and work out the details in a professional manner.
